About Candlewick

Ryan Voelkel founded Candlewick Management to bring institutional-grade property management to boutique asset owners. 

With over a decade of commercial real estate expertise, Ryan has managed over 1.5 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial assets.  He has overseen $12 million in capital improvement projects and sourced more than $20 million in properties for clients.

Ryan is a lifelong Marylander, who grew up in Towson and resides in Baltimore County with his young family.  He earned a B.A. from the University of Maryland - Smith School of Business and an MBA from San Diego State University.
